How to order

The most convenient way to order is online via our shop page.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email us via our contact us page.
If you are using "Wechat", you are also welcome to add "kikiflowershop" into you contact list, through which you can not only chat with us on any questions but also place your order directly.

When and where do we deliver

Please place your order at least one day before the day you need the flowers. And please specify the date you want the flowers are to be delivered when checking out. Please note we don't support same day delivery or Sunday delivery.
You will have a small lovely card with your message to go with your flowers which is free for you. Please don't forget to leave your message in the "Message" box.
You will enjoy our free delivery to the door if your flowers go to our free delivery zone. The suburbs included in free delivery zone are listed below.
If your flowers go to other suburbs not included in our free delivery zone, but in our delivery available zone, $15 delivery fee will be charged. The suburbs included in delivery available zone are listed below.
We definitely welcome in-person pick up at our studio located at 1/320 Manningham Rd Doncaster VIC 3108
